Convert client side library management to user bower

Managing the front end using bowers will make building and adding modules much simpler.

Need to change search capability to search for ANY game, not just upcoming games

Convert sign in with steam to create user account and link steam account

Want to be able to create an Upcominggames username and password, and be able to link that to your steam account, instead of using steam sign in.
This involves several steps:
-Create new postgres tables for users account and associated accounts
-Store linked steam account tokens for users
-Create logic to create accounts
-Create a local strategy for passport
-Create sign in/sign up pages

Tie into the igdb api to add more information for tracked games

Create a template file in code for Node Environment variables

Create a template file that a user can use as a skeleton for the environment variables. So something like .env.tpl that is a template for the .env file. Then you can just use copy commands to copy the template file into something usable.

Bing search API discontinued, find an alternative or upgrade for new API

Fine tune for mobile/smaller viewport

The app is responsive and fully functional for mobile, but some of the controls could use fine tuning for the most user friendly experience. Some of these things include the remove mode for user tracked games, and the basic game searching experience from the navbar.

AdvancedSearch Needs to allow searching with keywords

Need to update "advancedsearch" on the back end to support searching by keywords, and this functionality needs to be added to the UI
