Sounds good. I'll definitely support that in the library and I'll think about how this can be implemented in the CLI tool.

Just add a --mount
option so when creating a volume it would mount it. If this option is not provided, the newly created volume is not mounted.
Alternatively, the option could be --no-mount
with opposite behavior.
