add support for ".adoc" extension

Please support extensions other than ".asc". My preference is ".adoc"

Add support for setting document attributes such as `:icons: font` in the header

Add support for setting document attributes such as :icons: font in the header.

Perhaps also add support for setting asciidoctor attributes globally using configuration, similar to https://asciidoctor.org/docs/user-manual/#configuring-attributes-for-awestruct (though of course using the .clj config)

Currently I do not see a way to configure asciidoc attributes.

It would be nice if Cyrogen could recognize/parse asciidoc files using the .adoc, asciidoc, and perhaps even .txt extensions.

Per Asciidoc Recommended Practices:

AsciiDoc doesn’t care which extension you use. GitHub supports the extensions .asciidoc, .adoc and .asc.

	We strongly recommend against using the .asc extension. The connection to AsciiDoc isn’t immediately obvious and it gets falsely identified as a PGP file on Linux.

I would favor .adoc and .txt.

Can we bump up the dependency to latest version of AsciidoctorJ - currently v2.5.3?
