Allow custom ports

Currently the script assumes default port assignments are used. This should be the default, but a flag should be implemented to allow overriding these ports.

Add support for different service names

Currently, the script assumes that Cosmovisor is installed and controlling the chain's daemon. This should remain the default, with an optional flag, -s/--service, that dictates the service stop/start.

State Sync should preserve the address books

On testnets is can sometimes be hard to find peers if there are no seed nodes. When state sync runs it should not remove the addressbook as it can cause issues finding peers again.

Add Healthchecks.io Support

Add support for sending health check pings to Healthchecks.io or a self-hosted instance of Healthchecks.

Script should exit early if BLOCK_HEIGHT is null

If the cosmovisor or chain daemon service is not starting/running properly, the BLOCK_HEIGHT query may fail to produce a result. In this case, the snapshot script should exit early as to not upload a snapshot of unknown height.

Add cleanup script/service

Add a cleanup script/service to prevent storing too many redundant snapshots. The latest snapshot should be kept while the others can be safely deleted after the latest object has been updated to point to the new object URL.
