capture_stdout_and_stderr_if_successful needs quotes when starting process

You need to quote $@ as such: $("$@" 2>&1). Otherwise, calling it with something like:

capture_stdout_and_stderr_if_successful pytest apps/ -m "not e2e"

will be invoked as if you had executed:

pytest apps/ -m not e2e which is invalid.

Note: though this fixed the issue, this line, https://github.com/cs-cordero/bash-helpers/blob/master/scripts/utils.sh#L10

even if quoted, will still print without quotes. Didn't have time to figure out why.
