Intro to documentation needs updates

The intro to documentation post needs updates due to the changes to the project structure caused by project scaffold migration

Fix Computation Expression Blogpost

I noticed some things in the Computation Expression blogpost broke in some renovation.

E.g.:

This picture is from the ontologies blogpost

And this codesnippet now thinks it is csharp:

Missing file in VS Code Remote-Container and the ARC

The blogpost references the file arc-bio-bte-06-l-7-small.zip, but it is not present in the current version.
At time of publication (25. April 2022) the file was still present here. Without the file, the tutorial can't be followed.

Migrate to latest Project scaffold

@HLWeil, it would be nice if you could migrate this project to the newest project scaffold. When that is done, i will add the temporary fix for displaying plotly charts, and then we are ready to go.

Port posts to v3

I have modernized this repo to get rid of all the conflicting stuff due to package loading in fsdocs. The new blogging engine simply converts a notebook to a html page. So the steps for converting the posts are quite easy:

• your PR should target the nbconvert branch (https://github.com/CSBiology/CSBlog/tree/nbconvert)
• add a notebook in /src/posts/{your-category-here}
• copy and paste content into appropriate cells (markdown in (** *) syntax become simple markdown cells, code becomes code cells)
• the top-level first heading (# text here) will bekome the title of the blogpost in the sidebar
• make sure to execute all cells and save the notebook including the cell output
• thats it

I'll port my post first and link the commit so you have an example.
