Support automatic conversion of .graffle files to .pdf

Figues which are generated using OmnIGraffle should be automatically converted to pdf during build.
Options include https://www.github.com/fikovnik/omnigraffle-export and http://people.untyped.org/damien.pollet/notes/2010/latexmk-omnigraffle/.
The latter also provides a latexmk addin, which should be converted to be used for the first option (which has clearer licensing).

Pretty up the style for the bibliography.

Choose a nicer style for headings, etc for the bibliography, see Klein, Lehrieder, Jarschel.

Add a build script

Automated building and cleaning would be nice.
Maybe a Jenkins job?

Replace units with siunitx

Investigate bibtex with biber/natbib

Title says it all, we need some newer bibliography support.

Fix ye olde fonts

The diss style uses some old fonts, most notoriously \sf and \sfb, which have been deprecated ages ago.
Replace them with something more current, thus silencing the deprecation warnings!

Spelling

Some mistakes in the acronyms file:

Footnotes

Compiling the document yields a 'pdfTeX warning (dest): name{Hfootnote.1} has been referenced but does not exist, replaced by a fixed one' message.
This seems to be caused by not including the hyperref package as the last (or at least after some other package).
Moving the hyperref package to the end inclusion list, breaks the compile, as the \tableofcontents command (included in a \AtBeginDocument document hook) requires hyperlinks.
