can't select note without using command-drag

i love this plugin! it could change the world.

but, when i create a new note, i sometimes want to move it out of the way before entering text (or, enter some text, and then move it out of the way).

however, once i create a note, i can't select it!
it's as if it doesn't exist - i can see it, but i can't touch it.
i have to command-drag over it to select it, and then it starts to work as expected. weird right?

fixing this would be awesome, because in the meantime, when i command-drag to select my notes, i sometimes accidentally select layers that are behind the note, and it borks my design when i move it :(

Support Sketch 45 plugin update system

Hi there!

This is a quick note to remind you that Sketch 45 will include a plugin update system.

It would be awesome if you could add support to it (it's really easy!) before Sketch 45 comes out. Ideally, you should release an update for your plugin while we're still in Sketch 44, so your users will have a nice & easy experience when 45 is released.

color scheme/font

more of a suggestion than an issue, but could use an update

Can't create new notes

When I create a new note, I can't seem to edit it in any way :(. I can use old notes; I just can't create working new ones; It's just an image I can't move or type in. Please help!

issue when selecting a note after its creation

First of all, congrats, this is actually the simplest but most effective way of annotating a sketch document. However, after an update of Sketch (don't know which one but it has been a while) the plugin creates a note which is no longer selectable, and so stuck in the middle of the screen. I hope this will get fixed soon. I am using cmd+drag as a quick fix for now.

Make us of symbols

Is there a reason, why we don't use a symbol for the note? It would make several things easier:

• adding text very quickly
• make us of nested symbols in order to change background and font color etc.
• if we'd use paddy, the user could change the paddy settings himself

Feature Request - change color of individual note

In some cases I'd like to be able to color code a note, i.e. purple are for devs, yellow is for business, red is for me, etc. It would be nice to have an option to change the color of an individual note without changing the global setting.

text positionning within note

Hi,

It would be nice if the note's content was centered within the note and if the note could make use of the auto resize sketch recently introduced.

Notes doesn't create notes

The concept of the plugin sounded great. Downloaded, unzipped, double clicked, successful install. In Sketch open Plugins>Notes and when I click on the caret nothing. The keyboard : CMD-Y doesn't work.

Sketch version: Version 41.2 (35397)

Create License File

Without it the code isn't usable.

Open your GitHub repository in a browser.
In the root directory, click on Create new file .
Name the file “LICENSE”.
Click on Choose a license template .
Pick one of the licenses (all the ones mentioned in this article are there).
Once chosen, click on Review and submit .
Commit the file.

Would be nice, if the size of the note would be automatically adapt to the textlayer. You could use the Paddy plugin for that.

not working in v48.2?

plugin installs OK, but doesn't do anything (new note / hide notes / show notes / setting... nothing).

Add identifier to manifest.json
