Create python code to do more filtering of the data.

The ACLED API can produce the data required for FLEE (in this case only battle events, fatalities greater than 0 and restrict the content to Burundi) using the query:

https://api.acleddata.com/acled/read.csv?gwno=516&event_type=battle&fatalities_where=%3E&fatalities=0&limit=0

where:

• gwno=516 specifies content for Burundi
• event_type=battle uses a LIKE query to only return battle events
• fatalities_where=%3E modifies the query to examine a greater than (%3E) as opposed to the default equals and fatalities=0 sets the base line from which to do the greater than
• limit=0removes the limit of queries to 500 rows, generally not recommended as it can result in too much data.

It would be good to write a Python script for this which could be used to further filter the data.
