Make depth configurable

Should be trivial to make the depth of accounts that get plotted configurable at runtime.

Usage question

I'm confused by the --budgets option, since in GnuCash as near as I can tell, budgets aren't identified by an integer. What is it referring to?

Make date ranges configurable

Currently only plots from the start of 2020 to current date.

"Unsupported Table Versions"

I get this when I try to run this, with Gnucash 3.10.
