Emulator bundles should not be part of the Fedora distribution

The features/fedora24 branch packages the org.eclipse.kura.emulator.* bundles. While this is a workaround for e.g missing proper GPIO support or issues with the networkservice, this should not be needed (also, this can cause headaches when one does not realize the emulated services are there and being picked up instead of the traditional ones ;))

To begin with, I think org.eclipse.kura.emulator.clock and org.eclipse.kura.emulator.watchdog should really be removed as they really are redundant with working service implementations coming with the linux bundles.

Still to be properly replaced are usb, gpio and net bundles.
