Subclassing tabbar crashes app

I want to use tabbar not tabbar controller. When I subclass my tabbar with BubbleTabbar Class, it crashes

Can't set tintColor for barItem via Carthage

What I've done:

1. install via Carthage
2. setup TabBarController as README.md said.
3. set my childVC's barItem's class to 'CBTabBarItem' and module as 'BubbleTabBar'

What's working:

I get the tabBar styled as espect

What's wrong:

I can't find 'TintColor' in Xcode attributed inspector when I select barItem

I'm trying to get the tab bar to be black colored, and have set style to 'black', not translucent and background color is black too, yet the tab bar is resolutely white.

What am I missing?

How to change the tabbar items colors and bar tint color? When change the tint color like green text color also change in green color. How to change the text color in white ?

Unselected images are showing black by default

It is showing images for unselected like this for the first time (black color).

After I select any other tab item than showing correctly. Any idea what could be the wrong?

Tab bar changes UIViewController's view frame in some cases incorrectly

For example:
I have tab bar with 5 tabs. The first tab is UINavigation controller where the first view controller in the stack has property hidesBottomBarWhenPushed = true
So If I call navigationController?.popToRootViewController at the view controller with animated = false, frame will be crushed (

Also the same situation is in case I try to change selectedIndex of tabBar when tabBar is hidden by hidesBottomBarWhenPushed = true

Hi,

I tried installing manually by adding the:

• Assets folder
• CBFlashyTabBarController.h
• Classes folder
• info.plist

into my Xcode project but I get the following error in the console:

Unknown class BubbleTabBarController in Interface Builder file.
Unknown class CBTabBarItem in Interface Builder file.

I'm sorry if this is really obvious
