Random buffer overruns from trigonometry tables

Not entirely sure why this is happening, but there's been a handful of situations where the game crashes from invalid trigonometry table accesses. I've fixed enough so that the game is slightly more playable, but it's still something that needs to be looked into

Source is still heavily reliant on UNIX functions and X11

Currently, the source is still mostly linuxdoom, so it's still using UNIX functions and X11, which isn't very portable. Replace with C standard and SDL2

Game errors out if a map loads while a map is already loaded

If a map loads while a map is already loaded, for example, by quick loading or dying, the game immediately errors out.

I assume this is a zone buffer overrun, but I'm not sure what it could be.

Sound needs to be reimplemented

I'm not even gonna try messing around with the old ass sound server, I'll need to write one myself in software using SDL2
