First element of the array is redundantly indexed

Unfortunately, while unclean, the implementation is good enough for me for now. Right now vcalparser.parse will return an array and the first element of the array will be be a dict indexed by "vcalendar" and associated with a vevent. While it is simple to build around, it is very gross and also certainly easy to fix.

No support for anything beyond simple icalendar files

While I am unsure whether or not icalendar files were ever intended to be more complex than the ones this was meant to run on, this only runs on simple calendar files with simple definitions.

No Tests

I have no icalendar files to test this on that I can host in this repo. Feel free to find one and add one.
