Add ability to enable tree cache test: TestKilledSession

Currently the TestKilledSession test has been disabled because session expired can't be simulated.

Possible solution could be to add a TCP proxy where we could temporarily disconnect the link with ZooKeeper to create a session expired situation.

Where can I find the example for 'discovery' ?

And if you tell me what the new links are I can fix them.

Get data from NodeCache?

Hi, let me know if there's a better place for this question (I didn't see a mailing list)

I'm looking into using the NodeCache recipe, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to actually get the data out of the node. The Java Curator NodeCache has a getCurrentData() method, and I'm trying to figure out what the equivalent is here.

I understand the recipes here are only somewhat finished, so I'm happy to add a a getter if necessary. Just want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious.

DistributedAtomicNumber

I am interested in using 'DistributedAtomicNumber', have you tried that and could you provide a quick snippet/gist on how to use it? Thanks!
