Missing notification permission

The passive and battery effects work for me, but I cannot get notifications to work at all. The notification permission is not listed within the system settings for the app, so I cannot manually grant it.

Chroma is disabled and I'm not sure if there's anything else I should be doing on my end.

Tasker integration

Selecting "None" passive effect and applying does not clear current effect.

If a passive effect is active (either naturally or explicitly started with "Apply" button), it is not cleared when the "None" effect is selected and the changes are applied.

Passive effect turns off after dismissing notification

User reports bug where the passive effect disables itself when dismissing a notification from an app with a custom notification color set and only turns on again after locking and unlocking the device.

I have a Razer Phone 2 myself and am currently in the process of finding my way around all kinds of topics related to Android. Right now, I am considering to move to LineageOS 18.1 and found this app on XDA-Developers.

Since I am more of a C guy, I wanted to ask where I should look to learn how exactly you are sending commands to the LED? Might be interesting to learn!

Notification listener service has a memory leak

Notification service process memory usage seems to grow continuously over time. The service should be inspected for potential memory leaks

Certain applications don't have their effects applied

Effects don't seem to work for certain applications. Gmail notably doesn't seem to work

Logo shows two colors for notification

If I pick orange for an app, then the logo will flash yellow then red! Maybe there's a timing issue? The colors I see are always related to the chosen color, and some colors do work. The service doesn't seem to be correctly generating most colors.

Allow different colours per app notification group.

Allow different colours to be selected for each type of notification within a single app. So one app can have multiple colours.

Pocket mode

Poll proximity sensor a couple seconds after the screen off state is entered. If the sensor is triggered, turn off the lights even if the passive effect is set to run while locked.
