天天不锻炼计划(Every Day Without Sport)

一、写在最前面(Preface)

EveryDaySport 灵感来自 sofish 的 天天写代码计划。

EveryDaySport is inspired by sofish 的 EveryDayCoding。

二、为什么建立这个计划(For what)

从别人那里Fork过来一个锻炼打卡计划玩一玩，了解一下GitHub咋回事。可以改成任何打卡计划，但是我向来是习惯容易养成，打卡却总忘，跟形式主义无缘了。

Fork this repository from someone else to have some fun, and to understand what GitHub is about. It can be changed to any daily sign plan. For me, however, habits are easy to get used to, but signing itself is hard to remember.

三、可以打卡的内容(What can be included)

刷题, 运动, 看电影, 联系家人朋友, 练琴, etc, 频率根据项目内容可不等，健康到不行

Study, exercise, watch movie, contact family and friends, practice instrument, etc. The frequency can vary depending on the kinds of projects.
