Make running/walking gradual

Instead of instantly putting a player at the walk/run speed, we should make them slowly approach the desired speed, either slowly increasing to get to the running speed, or slowly decreasing to get back to walking. When they start walking, it should also be gradual, not all at once.

camera not mounted to head

Camera not mounted to head causes visual issues when running. The head is exposed in front of the camera.
