Move XLSX mapping files to Azure

Currently, the app exports local CSV file with unmapped messages and uses a local Excel spreadsheet to map these further. To enable running the app remotely and still updating the files, I need to make it import/export these two files to Azure cloud storage:

Add filter to exclude app downtime

There have been several periods where the scraping part of the tool was not running normally due to system overload, the root cause of which was recently fixed. However, that means that a relatively large chunk of the rows contains Unknown service status. Ideally, the mapping table spreadsheet would be expanded with a sheet specifying the boundaries of such periods of system downtime as well as a filter would be added to the streamlit app that would allow the user to exclude such periods of system downtime (they may be excluded by default, too, allowing the user to include them instead).
