Analysis with the Discovery Environment - instruction 2 does not actually tell the user to click on and open the application.

Data Management I ends without upload

The upload subheading does not actually upload anything. Can something be uploaded, or end with the instruction that this will happen in the next section?

FAIR and Data Management I

Is there going to be a video and discussion of FAIR? Should we have a subheading for that?

Data Management II instruction formatting

Instruction 5 has some formatting issue that makes tutorial_folder appear on its own line. Maybe can be fixed?

Tour of the Discovery Environment try it and questions

• Try it asks users to create a folder, is this covered in the video? If not, can there be a little more help
• Although videos are not a DE menu (assessment question 1) can we mention that help videos and webinars are available in the dashboard?
• Both questions need question marks

Maybe the assessment can suggest that creating a readme is a simple way to make things more FAIR?

Add links to example input files in the CyVerse training folder (i.e. linked from data commons). See an example here: https://cyverse-cyverse-mooc.readthedocs-hosted.com/en/cyverse-usa/step8.html / Output examples also need to be fixed but will be the same.

Data Management I redundant instruction

Downloading data instruction 4 is redundant with instruction 3, once they choose community data from the drop down, they will be in that location. Also Number 4 should be written for people who will be clicking through the folders (i.e. scroll down to find "cyverse_training", next click on the ..." . You could also mention pasting the exact path as well.

Maybe add a link in the answer for where to find the connection profile (i.e. link to Data Store guide)?

Data Management I upload folder

Uploading a File to the Discovery Environment is a little unclear, i.e. DE_sample_plants.fas and README.txt that these should be in your Desktop or downloads, maybe be specific? . Cyverse_mooc folder is created here but `maybe this impacts the folder names in Tour of Discovery Environment?

Answers for the questions don't have any explanatory information. Can some be added to help people who may have gotten the incorrect answer and/or to reinforce why something is the answer?
