Stuck at "Connecting to mqtt"

Describe the bug
After flashing and fire up the WEMOS D1 mini gets stuck on "Connecting to mqtt"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open folder with project in VS code
2. Change the ini file with the one in the issue.
3. Change SSID and PASS
4. FLASH
5. Open Terminal

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I expected to continue and to be able to load the HTML page to give it a glance.
