Revisit light mode theme

• Change up light mode theme for aesthetics

`UtilityMenu` can still be interacted with when `Menu` is open, resulting in overlapping overlays

Root cause is that both have a specified z-index, but Menu is rendered earlier than UtilityMenu.

Reformat README

• Migrate Todos section to GitHub issues
• Remove Summary section
• Update links to use new repo name
• Update MIT License
• Move Tech Stack section to top level and rename/reorder Frontend subsection

Add GitHub action to enforce linking issues

• Add GitHub action from https://github.com/nearform-actions/github-action-check-linked-issues to check for a linked issue on PR merge
• Fix minor README errors

Menu doesn't close on outside click on mobile due to `onBlur` not firing

Migrate `./new` to Python

• Migrate script to Python for extensibility reasons

Website should have an admin login

• Admin access needs to be setup for edit functionality

Make use of `QueriedHTMLElement` and `QueriedHTMLElements`

The new test types should be used to generalize tests and separate them further from their implementations.

Implement testing framework

• Add Testing Library/Jest to the project
• Add unit tests for all existing components
• Set up Husky for pre-commit hooks

String literals and magic numbers in tests should be replaced

Certain string literals in RTL have caused testing difficulty and magic numbers make tests difficult to interpret. Both should be replaced with constants.

Timeframe is too hard to see on mobile displays

• Put more emphasis on timeframe on smaller displays (maybe a banner on the side of the card?)

`SectionMenu` is essentially duplicate code

• UtilityMenu should be refactored and moved to /global
• SectionMenu should be reimplemented as a UtilityMenu

A new page for journaling

• Implement + design a way to display journal entries
• Add new NavCard to homepage
• Add new link to Menu

Improve test coverage

• Bring test coverage up to currently commented-out thresholds

NextJS is out of date

• Current NextJS version won't support NextAuth, need to update and fix

404 page is currently the default NextJS 404

• Implement a custom 404 page

Auth needs to be implemented

• Authentication needs to be implemented to be able to use edit functionality
