The left panel graphs a correlation matrix (blue = -1, red = +1) and the right panel graphs a scatter plot for a selected cell in the correlation matrix. See it live here.

This example was heavily based on Karl Broman's example here.

How does the JSON data structure should be provided?

Hello, this is a great project, I really like how the visualization looks. I see that the JSON file has: "var", "corr", "points" and "minMax", Could you explain a bit which data should be inside these keys? - I am little bit confused. Thanks!
