Setup

git clone https://github.com/d-ranjan/vsscp.git
composer update
cp .env.example .env
php artisan key:generate

Change

DB_PASSWORD='password'

then

php artisan migrate:fresh --seed
php artisan serve

npm install && npm run dev

Add Teacher also adds Teacher as Student

Add Teacher also adds Teacher as Student
When We add a teacher through they are also reflected in the list of students.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Login as admin
2. Go to 'Dashboard --> Teachers from sidebar'
3. Click on 'Add New Teacher'
4. Fill the Form and Submit
5. Go to 'Dashboard --> Students from sidebar'
6. See Teachers in the Students list

Expected behaviour
Teachers should not be listed in the Students list.
