Move to Single Socket to Support Some Smart TVs

I suggest you use one socket in your server (not separate send and receive connections), as some dhcp clients (notably some smart TVs) require that the source port of packets received is 67

Listen On Single Interface

Currently we listen on all interfaces.

In linux we should be able to support listening on a single interface (We just need to make sure this doesn't break windows).
