Update resume page

Resume page no longer up to date due to Anthem internship having concluded

Add "next page" button to blog

Currently, there are "previous page" buttons to navigate through the blog items, but no "next page" buttons to navigate in the other direction. It would be nice to be able to navigate both ways (without using the browser back button).

Mobile web version

Several of the elements of this website look terrible on mobile. For example, sizing is weird on mobile. The animations for the (upcoming) project page also won't fit on mobile. We need to address the mobile version of the website at some point.
