Summary table doesn't recognize some starting and ending dates

Three of the four csvs in the attache zip don't show starting and ending dates in the summary table (the chronologically earliest test2 file is the only one that does, I believe). Need those files to have their dates auto-populate in the summary table.

Add stop button to stop process

Make a stop button appear after a process begins. Pressing the stop button will halt whatever operation is being conducted.

USGS data retrieval dates

Have website check the input dates for being reasonable:

1. Start date before end date.
2. Start and end dates are in the past.

Create staging version of app on shinyapps.io

Need to create an instance of the app on shinyapps.io to load the app to and test it there before over-writing the known working version (https://davidagibbs.shinyapps.io/rmn_continuous_data_active/). Once it is tested in the staging instance, I can upload it to the public instance.

Improved instructions

Directions currently aren't clear about how to do QC/aggregate/summarize in sequence. Separate directions for QC/aggregate/summarize.

Add QC thresholds to output of QC process

Per Eric Somerville (2018-03-27):

"That was me who asked about the QC threshold values and whether they were indicated/identified anywhere on the QC page of the web site. I guess you can file this in the “things to do someday” box, but I think that failing to identify the QC threshold values is a real limitation on the user’s experience. Having to go into R to change those thresholds is one thing, but to have to do so just to see what they are is really unfortunate.

This critique is in no way meant to diminish the utility of what you have done here. I think it’s great. As I said, just log my query into the proverbial suggestion box."

Multiple date ranges for USGS retrieval

Allow users to retrieve USGS records from different date ranges at different sites.
