Implement auth via Github

When with DynamoDB, login fails after API token expires

Fix polyfill code. Test on AWS. Docker compose.

Switch DynamoDB connection to Vogels?

Though I like the similar interface to mongoose, dynamoose is not actively devleopped or supporting the latest API. I need to find or develop better soltuion. I am thinking to try out:
