raw_hour_home and hour_home are misleading

raw_hour_home indicates the score that the household receives. the actual hour at home (care time) is decided by the share of the raw_hour_home in the total raw_hour_home (totaL_raw_hour_home) . the actual time spend at home is hour_home. however, the grid and transition matrix are hour_home_grid and hour_home_trans_mat. this should be fixed
