Investigate making the component work with prerendering

When hosted in a CSHTML page, so initial thought is to register a service to pass details from the component tree back to the hosting CSHTML page so it can render any head content in the initial pre-render, or maybe the normal ViewContext can be accessed somehow, not sure.

Add Application Insights with page view tracking to show/ensure it works correctly

One of the things I've found is important to ensure works correctly when dynamically updating the page head content, are web analytics libraries that often use elements of the page head to identify or categorize the page view reporting (especially the page title).

Thus, I need to configure the sample apps to use Application Insights (and possibly Google Web Analytics) with the SPA app integration and page view tracking enabled in a way that enables the verification of it using the updated page head content correctly.
