Add difficulty levels

Based on "relevance" field in countries.json??

Welcome page

Page where user can choose continent, difficulty level and number of questions.
Dependent on #1 , #2 , #4 .

Can't currently change number of options displayed.

JS has howManyOptions variable, but can only insert 4 options into HTML because it doesn't insert tags, only text.

Ability to choose a continent

Add ability to generate questions only from specified continent, or from all if none is specified.

Use geonames data for better options

Options could:

• Be between the largest cities of the country.
• Include llargest city + some random large cities from nearby countries.
• (Nearby could be same continent or, using countries.json, same subregion/language. )

Some countries have multiple capitals

Not sure how to deal with this. Could add multipleCapitals boolean field + listCapitals field? And then somehow integrate this into quiz.

Results table

Add table on results page showing colour-coded answers based on which were correct.

Allows empty capital fields

Should choose a new country whenever the capital field is empty.

Add ability to choose number of questions

Back button

So user can change answers to previous questions.
Make sure already submitted answers remain checked.

Possible to request more questions than there are countries in a given region.

Apply (upper and lower) limits to number of questions/options which can be requested.

Duplicate questions

Stop the same country from coming up twice.

.. Or maybe it's ok??? Not sure.

Add redo button
