[Feature] hide and disable condition based on js function

It would be great if there would be an option to hide/disable on option based on a js function instead of an column value. This would allow to make a better transition between the functionality without this plugin and the one that is experienced.

e.g. This would allow to disable an option based on selected columns (This example would need #4 to be implemented, because only there it will make sense)

Menu Extensions disappear when you switch from (first) report to another

Expected behavior

Menu Extensions should still be there

Actual behavior

If you select another report from the available Reports (either Public or Private), the extensions disappear. On total page reload they re-appear.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to your demo page, check the Menu Extensions. Select one of the other predefined reports and check again.

Change of report duplicates all menu items

Expected behavior

If you change from the default report to another one (either public or private), the entries in the menu should stay the same.

Actual behavior

If you change from the default report to another one (either public or private), the entries in the menu are doubled.

Steps to reproduce the issue

See https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=66233:21 and create private report and switch from one to another.

[Feature] Allow to extend selActionMenu

Allow to extend the selActionMenu and not only the gridActionMenu.

Execute Column link or Redirect Page

Is it possible to use this Plugin to execute a link in the row (like a redirect to another page while passing certain items).

Currently this is not an option unless i am missing it.

Disable option based on row value

Expected behavior

Disable an option based on a column value (similar to the Delete Row using the "Allowed operations" setting). So for one row it may be enabled, for the next it may be disabled.

Actual behavior

An option is initially disabled based on a Page Item value. So it applies to all records.
