Internationalizing

Flutter has a good support for internationalization https://flutter.dev/docs/development/accessibility-and-localization/internationalization. So it should be a good idea to internationalize this app.

Support for heweather.com API v7

heweather.com is going to stop support for API v6. so we need to migrate this app to support heweather.com API v7

I'm new to flutter, and want to know how to run the project on the web?

My environment :

"OpenWeatherPlus-Flutter" is not a valid Dart package name.
