Configurable UA and port

Having the port the proxy listens to, and the UA it uses for spoofing, as runtime configuration options would be mighty helpful. For instance, use an arg parsing library to capture command line options.

Support for binary downloads

One of the critical feature gaps that I see with this web proxy compared to other vintage web proxies is support for downloading binary files. Some examples:
