I set clientID, ClientSecret and AccessToken but 401 response

<cfset vimeo.init(CLIENT_ID, CLIENT_SECRET)> this gives undefined

I set vimeo credentials



but when I dumped <cfset vimeo.init(CLIENT_ID, CLIENT_SECRET)>
it gives me undefined
on the other side <cfset local.vimeo.setToken(ACCESS_TOKEN, ACCESS_TOKEN_SECRET)> it return
TRUE.
please look at my issue and give me the solution.
Did only I need to set the above credentials all other things will work?
or we need to set some thing else.

variable "vimeo" is not defined

i do the following:

vimeo = createObject("component", "models.vimeoService").init(CLIENT_ID, CLIENT_SECRET);
		vimeo.setToken(ACCESS_TOKEN, ACCESS_TOKEN_SECRET);

after setting the static values for those, i get the following
Type: Expression
Messages: Variable VIMEO is undefined.

i am using localhost to develop, not sure if that makes a difference

Vimeo not issue ACCESS_TOKEN_SECRET

Vimeo not gives us ACCESS_TOKEN_SECRET so what we will add here???
