Don't get a link after pressing 'Submit' button

Hi,
when this is a re-creation of read2burn then I would expect to get a_ link_ after pressing Submit button.
Are my expectations wrong or did I miss something?

Trying with latest Release (0.6.0)

fix: database path issue when executed from a relative path

feat: embed static content into the go file

As a developer,
I want the static web content to be embedded into the generated binary,
so I don't have to include a bunch of pre-req files with the generated binary.
