Part 1: The genData program outputs key-value pairs to a file up to the number of records (i.e. lines) as specified by the user. For each line, a string of 8 characters is built by randomly accessing a character from a string of capital letters and appending to the key.
Part 2: The poorHash function takes a string key and generates a hash number by adding its ASCII character values
