Cannot determine ethernet address for proxy ARP

用Centos脚本创建并启动服务后，client无法连接，server提示这个错误，详细日志如下，搜了一圈没找到能解决问题的方法，大佬能否提示下解决思路？谢谢~

现在阿里云的外网IP没有直接绑定在网卡上

现在阿里云的外网IP没有直接绑定在网卡上，不知道怎么配置。连接不上，估计阿里云端口上做了处理，那可以修改PPTP默认端口吗

无法访问google、youtube

其他国内网站正常登入，ip是国外的服务器ip
