Error transmiting the DELAY_REQ form the ptp_client

the ptp_client is transmitting the DELAY_REQ packet using a notification without check the peer_ready_to_receive flag

The ptp_client device must wait until the ptp_server enable the notification.

Sequence id doesn't match in ble_ptp protocol.

The sequence ID for SYNC and FOLLOW UP as well the DELAY_REQ and DELAY_RESP doesn't match

you have to increment the sequence ID immediately after to forward the FOLLOW UP and DELAY_REQ packets.

General issues to have into account

Please have into account the follow considerations before to implement the synchronization solution:

1. Each slave device will be synchronized with the master who actually is considered as the "MASTER/BOUNDARY CLOCK".

2. The connection set up is independent of the application. therefore there is no a problem at low level using the BLE library developed on the repository https://github.com/Daparrag/Lib

3. The behavior of the finite state machine must be independent for each device, thus for each connection a unique instance of events and status has to be considered . This means that a connection handler is associated to specific status in the finite state machine; Since not all the devices will be in the same status.

4. Don't implement this solution for a single master and slave node please think in to include two or more additional devices.
