some days I swear the system just conspires to make me feel retarded with situations I sure as F would not believe if someone was telling me.

2 copies of my repo. same fork, same branch, same commit hash..2 different copies of the NPC list both showing the green checkmark - one at my local pc one at my server. They don't match. its not line endings. one of them actually is wrong: the one on my server. Its as if the server did "fetch" instead of "pull" but even if that happened, the commit would be on the previous one, or the file would be flagged as having been changed. I forced it back to the previous commit and re-pulled.

Which seems to match our NPC list in regards to Dragon (not the no-name NPCs though). So if it's a shift it's post-June.
