Publish Package and wire up drone.io

Now that this package has been updated thanks to @enyo we should publish on pub.dartlang.org and hook up to drone.io. I'll assign this to me if someone else beats me too it thats fine 👍.

* The name of "lib/mixin.dart", "mixin", should match the name of the package, "dartmixins".
  This helps users know what library to import.
* Author "Demis Bellot" in pubspec.yaml should have an email address
  (e.g. "name <email>").
