Database that stores the results from the Secret Network Contract Verifier

High Priority Features and improvements: (pull requests welcome)

  • Rewrite this to CosmWasm 1.0
  • Multisig verification
    • allow for multiple "admin addresses", where multiple people running the Verifier API can sign their verification in (this will add a higher level of security and trust to the Secret Contract Verifier)
    • show all verification results in a query
