How to install DashCommerce step by step?

Hello friends, I downloaded the DashCommerce.
Extract the files in windows 2012 server using the "Parallels Plesk Panel"
But the problem is I do not know how to install it step by step.
I would like some help on how to do this installation.

Need to create a Cache Service so the Localization Service will not constantly re-query the database.

Need to get the site working under .NET 4.5 and IIS 7.5 Integrated mode. Several changes needed to make this happen.

DashCommerce does not process the catalog URL and shows 404 Error

I published my dashcommerce installation up to Webhost4life and the application runs, but does not process the URL like it does on my dev box.

Ex, link is catalog-porche_4.aspx
my dev box process that info, exracts the Category and then pushes me to the Catalog.aspx page. the Published version on my host does not process the info and just tells me that catalog-porche_4.aspx does not exist.

Is there an IIS Setting I am missing?

Needs:

1.) Messaging / Message Bus / Service Bus (0MQ, NServiceBus, MassTransit, etc. - need to avoid licensing issues)
2.) MVC UI - Client side or Server side?
3.) Data Access Layer - should work on multiple DB's and multiple platforms
4.) IoC container - probably StructureMap as it's da bomb.
5.) CMS capability - any open source products that can be easily incorporated?
6.) Forums - Same as above
7.) Blog - Same as above
8.) Community - same as above (stackoverflow clone?)
9.) Provider / Plug In model

Add Forums, News, Blog, etc.

Look up my old work in this area and leverage it for this.
