Tags should be pushed to dockerhub

When a commit is tagged in git, that tag should be added to the docker image and pushed

eg commit 658892d gets tagged 1.1.2

Github Actions should push that commit to docker hub as dashwav/animecalendar:1.1.2

Look into hashtags

Might be a fun way to spread teh bot, needs looking into

Better Search

In the best case scenario I would like the post that gets posted to go something like this

10AM EST

1. If post from today titled with the current date has > 100 upvotes Post this image
2. If no post has > 100 upvotes do a search in the past for any post w/ title and post random one
3. Store some value to have check at 7pm EST to redo logic checks
