Discuss, then present new project organisation around 2-3 months team challenges (on website)

After discussing with Frederic Bardolle from DataForGood France which exists for around 2 years, we got insight on what works best to have more chances of see the projects reach a decent level of achievement:

• full transparency, which is already ok, but we can still improve in documenting each project to attract more talents.
• short-length projects (at least limited-in-time): more efficient with a deadline to boost team work.
• diversify the teams Need UX designer combined with data scientist to go away from simple Jupyter notebooks, as well as well-identified project initiator (the association, the entity which will benefit from the project). The project initiator can be project leader, but it doesn't have to be. Smaller enitities/NGO tends to be easier to work with. Sometimes a motivated volunteer coming with an idea has led to very great projects.
• Show how the projets solves/contributes to any of the SDG united nation. Can help people quickly get an idea of the impact, and help volunteers to choose one they like.
• Show how the projects fulfill a data-scientist manifest like this one https://www.hippocrate.tech/ (to be translated to English)
