serve a limited subset of KaTeX instead of MathJax

the blue is too hard to tell from the black, gotta pick higher-contrast colors so i can keep non-bold links in text

ProjectEuler: maybe talk about decision to share solutions

Maybe I should discuss why I chose to share my solutions to the project euler problems?

• I think the achievement in solving a PE problem is internal validation -- you know you solved it -- rather than external validation (being able to tell other people you solved it)

• Internal validation is totally unaffected by me sharing PE problem solutions -- anybody copying a solution is going to know that they're copying

• The educational benefit outweighs the costs -- having the solutions accessible is going to be useful to some people. Even if they copy answers, I suspect that they may learn more than if they didn't bother tackling the problems at all. (Which seems like the likely outcome, since PE problems are a totally voluntary use of one's time.)

• Solutions are trivially findable elsewhere. (This is not a good ethical argument.) Sharing the solutions to the first 50 problems is not impactful. It'd be different for e.g. the most recent problems.
