Tag Registry

In order to properly audit the tags for Get-DbaCommand we need a central registry for them, to compare them to.
Basically, a list of all dbatools commands and the tags each should be having.
Also a list of all tags that are legal (so we can catch unintended proliferation of tags)

Tests to track progress dbatools 1.0

Need to create tests:

• No Syntax errors
• No more Write-Warning / Write-Host / Write-Verbose (Regular Test)
• No more break & Continue outside of a loop (Regular Test, Can be overridden, using an override tag)
• Manual sign off on code style (Tag)
• Manual sign off on messaging usage (Tag)
• Manual sign off on flow control (Tag)
• Manual sign off on pipeline implementation (Tag)
• Everything with -Dba Prefixes (Regular Test)
• Every public function has the $Silent switch-parameter (Regular Test)
• Every function, including internal functions require full CBH (Regular Test)
• Every public function has approved tagging for search. Define the tags and list them in a csv table, then do a regular test against them.

Style Guide

We need a formal style guide for how to style code in dbatools. If it already exists, we need a link here in the progress management.

Need a good tutorial on how to use Stop-Function.

• Getting started with the dbatools messaging system (A quick, simple start)
• The dbatools messaging system deep dives (A sound documentation someone can use to get the most out of the messaging system)
