Before I can hook this up in the profiles, we need colors for the BLS occupations and industry classifications. @melteng, I uploaded those lists to the google doc for coloring. I can take over this issue once the colors are there.

If a statistic or visualization element has less than a certain cutoff of num_records, or the MoE is greater than the value, we should display text/visuals denoting this.

Maybe for stats it's an asterisk with hover text, and with design elements they get a specific class that can be styled in CSS.

Call attr fetch in __init__ and use as lookup

App should make one call to the API on startup to fetch all the attributes and store them locally so attr lookups never have to make an HTTP request.
