I just found buildpacks.io and thought it looks super useful.

Add some text to the readme and a pro forma project.toml file to show how to use a Buildpack.

remove swagger-express-validator

1. swagger-express-validator has a pinned dependency on a buggy version of loadash
2. it does not support OpenAPI Version 3 schemas and so is not actually providing any value to this project
