ArgoCD bootstrap creates pods with excessive CPU requests

OpenShift GitOps seems to have introduced excessive default resource requests (especially CPU) for the default installation. These requests can be overridden, but this requires the ArgoCD custom resource, which cannot be applied until the operator (and CRD) installation is complete. Therefore, on smaller clusters, ArgoCD pods which are part of the default installation will be unschedulable and stuck in pending, even after the adjusted custom resource is applied. Workaround is to delete pending pods, but this manual interference is unacceptable.

I think the best adjustment is to set DISABLE_DEFAULT_ARGOCD_INSTANCE to true so that the poorly chosen default requests are never applied.
